As a chef, my expertise allows me to introduce customers to the genuine flavors of Italy, transporting them back to the bustling streets of Italy where my family came from.

While staying true to my authentic Italian recipes is essential, the world of street food also encourages creativity. I have the freedom to experiment with new flavors and innovative combinations. I offer a modern twist on classic dishes, such as an Italian Cubano sandwich with mortadella,  parmesan-infused arancini or a ricotta-filled cannoli for dessert. Combining tradition with innovation allows me to surprise and delight my customers, keeping them excited to return for more.

Food trucks have a unique way of fostering community and connection. Here at Capeesh, we’re not just serving meals; we like to create experiences. For me, the joy on a customer's face after taking that first bite of my handmade chicken cutlet or sampling my homemade tomato sauce forms a special bond between myself and my customers. I cherish talking to my customers, sharing stories behind my dishes, and creating a warm, inviting atmosphere around my food truck, with hopes to turn first-time visitors into loyal regulars.
