I have been in the restaurant business for over 10 years now. Working in the best restaurants in West Palm Beach Florida and Westchester New York.

With the changes in our lifestyles today I want to offer my services at the comfort of your home. From dinner with just your wife or husband... kids... friends... parties... events. What ever you want. I want to be as approachable as possible because this is also something I love to do. Feed people, and make them happy. Nothing is more satisfying... Background

I started out bussing tables in an Italian restaurant in South Florida. I immediately fell in love with the fast paced, chaotic environment. The sounds of cooks screaming, dishes banging, managers scurrying, waiters asking for their orders, and the chatter of customers throughout the restaurant made me feel alive. I soon found out that in this business, there is always room to grow. That is exactly what I did.

Bussing tables, then to dishwashing and prep cook I started to learn the ropes of the front of the house to the back of the house of the restaurant business. I watched how dough was made, stocks being cooked, why this plate is plated this way and not another. It was an operation more than just cooking food and having people eat. It was an assembly line of craftsmen making a final product together with each person’s imagination and passion.

I moved on to a higher-end seafood restaurant that won multiple awards in Palm Beach County. The owners of the restaurant took me by their side and truly showed me how to make good food. I was promoted to the manager of the restaurant. Now I was able to set the tone and harmony from the kitchen to the restaurant tables to let the customers taste and smell the magic that was on their dish. Explaining where the food is from, how fresh the items are, and how it’s prepared is a wonderful start to a conversation.

Growing up in Westchester, New York at a young age I always new this area was the culinary experience outside of the city. Famous chefs and restauranteurs would come to Westchester for a summer cottage and another restaurant adventure. Working at the best Farm to Table restaurant I got to experience something that everyone should experience, in my opinion, since we all eat food one way or another. The Farmer. Understanding why a tomato tastes one way or this chicken or beef is better than the next is a humbling and appreciative lesson. Our farmers are the doctors of the animal, fruit, and vegetable world and I was fortunate enough to work with some of the best.

The food and hospitality world is changing and so are we. My services are to bring my experience, passion, and creativity to make sure my clients are satisfied, happy, and walking away with a full stomach.
